Hi, I'm Kia – Founder & CEO of The TechNicole Plug LLC.

For over a decade, I've worked across the tech industry supporting organizations of all sizes, but my passion has always been helping everyday business owners get the tools, clarity, and confidence they need to run their businesses smoothly.​​

After working with hundreds of entrepreneurs, I saw the same pattern: solopreneurs and small teams were often overlooked, underserved, or forced into complex, enterprise-style systems that didn't fit their needs.
